Excellent experience! Appointment and payment was done online in less than 5 minutes. I have arrived at the office a few minutes earlier and there was no queue, all the officers were extremely helpful, professional and polite, there was no bureaucracy and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. The passport has arrived at their office (where I have requested it) the very next day. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of this service!

Visited to renew my passport. Made an online appointment via their website and got the confirmation via e-mail. Paying the passport tax is done at one of the four available machines at the -1 floor. Only one of them gives back change when paying with cash, so it's faster if you can pay with a card. Once you have the tax receipt and the necessary documents (in my case, my old passport and my ID), visit the last (2nd) floor and follow the signs to the passport hall. Once you enter, the online booths (16 to 20) are to your right. Your confirmation e-mail has the exact booth you're assigned to. I was able to get in about 20 minutes earlier, since there was nobody else waiting for that booth. The whole process took a couple of minutes (photograph, confirming contact information, fingerprints and signing the form). My old passport was cut up in order to show it is expired, though I still have to keep it since it has my visa information. Getting the new passport takes around two weeks and I can pick it up from the same place (though a different booth). Overall paying the tax took around 10 minutes (since there was a line). If you arrive close to the time of your online appointment, you probably won't have to wait at all. Around 20 minutes should be sufficient for everything and I recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes earlier than your online appointment.

great experience! plenty of offices, friendly staff. I booked a slot online and went there way earlier because I was afraid there will be a long queue. I was surprised to see how smooth everything went. There wasn’t any queue , there are separate offices for those who show up there and for those who choose to make a reservation online. Everything took less than 10mins. In 10 days I need to go back to pick up my new passport.
