Great shop. I've placed multiple orders with them. With on person collection and the expedited order fee, if you place an order in the evening, you can pick it up in the morning. Every time things went smoothly. Furthermore, I think they have great management. Working in a business that deals with customers directly everyday, I can say from personal experience that it takes a lot of patience to handle all sorts of customers. For example, see this guy's Victor Iriciuc review: he was always happy with the shop and when one thing bothered him, he immediately wrote a bad review on Google for them -.- For everyone complaining about the 10 lei tax: if you do not trust the shop imposed this tax for a good reason, try to build this kind of business to that level, with that many clients always "in a hurry" and you will understand. I am very happy with payment 10 lei to have my order prepared quickly. And the employees in the shop still show patience with customers (although some of them seem to have seen too many unreasonable clients), which says good things about the management, I believe. Keep up the good work and the good customer relationship management. I know how difficult this is, but try to ignore the ungrateful and absurd customers. Some people will always be that way, but the decent people will always appreciate, reward & promote good services !
