Decent car leasing service. Inflexible conditions. Very worn tyres. Lost all pressure on Day 2. Jack was the wrong size/type for the car model. Tyre service subcontracted is/was of VERY poor quality (did not perform all operations, had a bad attitude and were NOT wearing any facemasks).

My experience with Union Motors was pretty good so far. I’ve got my Opel Insignia from them, they helped with the personalization process as well as the service after getting the car. I had a little problem with a safety belt not retracting properly, they repaired it on warranty, but the process was very long sadly. I think it was just a misfortune of mine though because they were very professional most of the time. One thing which I’d recommend though is investing a bit in repairing the client public bathroom because it’s quite filthy.
I went there today with my wife because we're interested in buying a Combo Life. We stayed for 15 in the lobby and spent a bit of time outside but no one noticed us (I was carrying our 3-month old baby in my arms the whole time). One sales person was busy with customers at first, but when she finished she started a personal call. The other one in the left was doing stuff on his phone for most o the time we were there and didn't ask at any time if we needed any help. So we left.
