I should have believed the past reviews. A simple paper can be easly transform in all sort of situations and inappropriate comments. The boss lady - there is no point in calling her otherwise since she was so unprofessional- should really try to take some empathy classes and maybe read on how she should do her job. Unfortunately I felt discriminated by all the coments made by the person in charge and how the things were handled. I spent 3 days back and forth for a paper that normally requieres around 30 minutes. My review might seem harsh but I am trying to remain objective and offer an honest feeback. Botton of line if you need this kind of service maybe you should take in consideration a professional that respect his work and the clients.

I came today to get some paper work done, i entered and i told them wbat i need. The front desk lady was so rude. She kept cutting me off without letting me explain my request. She started telling me that im not eligible and that i need to do this and that,till she found out that im a Romanian citizenship. Then she started acting differently. I dont appreciate racism, i dont think its acceptable for such agents to act up this way just because we originally come from different countries or backgrounds .

Aveam nevoie repede de o copie legalizata si m-au ajutat chiar daca nu aveam programare. Am dat 4 stele doar pt ca doamnele care lucreaza acolo ar putea fi mai dragute... dar poate aveau o zi proasta.
