A hospital very good, with an incredible staff - it is also a research institute - situated in some old buildings on a dusty areal, unfortunately! Too bad, they have a lot of incredible results in treatments of the infectious diseases!

Most of the Doctors are retards who dey don't know what is going on. But some are the best I ever seen. So is a lottery, if you draw the winning ticket you are in luck. On the section 4 the biggest problem I see is the mosquito nets that are broken, so every mosquito can sting infected patients then infect the healthy ones. Yes I see the car that use anti mosquito clouds dispersing, but when I wait for my daughter to do her treatment one mosquito try to bait me, so the measure is not so efficient. Then is the problem of putting branula or taking blot to children, like in medieval times they did not hear about red light that make veins visible so you don't need to torture children when putting branula. Small things make difference, maybe wee make they're body healthy but they poison their minds with fear. Yes one female doctor saved my daughter life but there is a lot to do here to make medical act humane.

The hospital is a normal facility in the public healthcare system with all problems that the systems has. The doctors are not friendly or sugar talk to you, they are more straight forward. Be prepared for queues. PS: if the doctor says better call a priest, it is bad.

I visited this unit for anti rabies treatment and had excellent service. I did not have an appointment and was dealt with kindly and efficiently by an English speaking doctor and a nurse. The building is clean and recently refurbished. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

What the LOWEST quality, Stupid, RUDE, Unkind, Rough doctors! Far much better to die than to come such a stupid place. The lifespan of the Romanian can NEVER be extended forever by these Stupid medical staff. I sincerely feel pity for Romanian citizens, victims of them, although I can NEVER live in Romania with such LOW Quality of Life.

Went there to check whether I needed an anti-tetanus shot, everything was OK, staff very nice and competent, entries based on ticket system (did not wait too long).
