I’ve been to Romania for 12 yrs now. Right after the last family I worked with I decided to find a good and trusted agency to help me. How lucky I am to have Nanna, most of my experiences are Working with Diplomats, Celebrities, Or Royal families so I am having a hard time finding a good fit for my experienced, Ms. Alina helped me a lot. All I can say is Agentia Nanna is the best agency here in Romania. More power.

In my experience Nanna was a partner I could trust and they not focused only on finding us a nanny, but on our experience overall which was very positive. They were also quick and efficient in finding the right person. I recommend Nanna a lot.
Great service! Alina found us a few great English speaking nanny candidates in no time, and after paying a nominal fee of 100 Leu something like 20 we she assisted us with interviewing and all else. We found a wonderful nanny for our child! While they do not take care of the nanny's payroll or full legal services their process is solid and straightforward and just what you need.
They are not a real agency, only give contact numbers don’t provide legal services and they don’t care if the person is not right. I was provided 3 persons from them, first told me she is unhappy with her life second after I gave her money to obtain passport and visa didn’t reply to my phone and the last one wasn’t able to enter in the country after I payed her one month salary.
Horrible experience! My husband worked with them in finding us a nanny and we got scammed out of money! They recommended us a lady from Republic of Moldavia which was not even allowed to be in the country (I found out after I had already given money). They charge you and then the nannies disappear.
We were put in touch with Nanna.ro from a colleague. Everything was as stated. Alina was very good at communicating with us as a family. She was also good as a facilitator between us and prospective Nannies. It was good to see that she had both parties' best interests in mind when helping us. We would certainly recommend nanna.ro to others.

Excellence in customer service and clients' needs, that's what you will find at Nanna Bucharest! We are a family with 2 children, 3 yrs boy and 7 months old girl, living in Geneva, Switzerland. We were looking for a Nanny for our children. Why in Bucharest - simple, mainly because of the price tag, half of that in Switzerland but also because we feel we can connect better with someone from Romania. I'm Romanian, but my wife isn't, we speak in the house 3 languages but no romanian, and I wanted the kids to know some romanian, so that was the 3rd reason why choosing in Romania. I'm living abroad since 27 yrs. So here goes: we contact 3 agencies in Bucharest and Nanna stood out from the crowd from the beginning: they responded immediately with an email asking for what we need and the details of the process, etc. In a few days we had already a first candidate and then within a week or 2 we had 5 candidates. We came to BUcharest for 3 days and had 1 day dedicated for interviews, so we chose 3 out of the 5. The other agencies were much slower in the first steps of the process. Once we did the interviews, Nanna distinguished itself again from the rest, with the quality of the people we interviewed. You might be surprised but we did choose a Moldavian lady (who speaks a little FR also). Give a chance to people from republic of Moldova, and don't go by the clichés! We are very happy with the choice made, and can only recommend Nanna agency as professional and with a solid network of potential candidates! Try them, you will be surprised, we were! And did I mention they speak EN, FR whereas elsewhere only RO.
