Professional people that have experience with animals and adapt a gentle approach towards calming atmosphere upon performing the consultation. I benefit their services through a home consultation for 3 cats and although 2 of them were a bit aggressive, the vet did a really good job in calming them and had patience. This is not the first time I am benefitting their services and for sure it is not the last time.

Really efficient, well-prepared, professional. We had never had an emergency in the middle of the night before, so we didn't really know what to expect - we dreaded the prospect of waiting for hours and hours and being ignored by staff, like in a human hospital, especially because this was about our dog, not us... We were scared and exhausted when we arrived. The doctor was quick but thorough, she explained to us everything she was doing & going to do, everything we needed to do to help. Very careful and considerate. After we took our dog home, her evolution was exactly as the doctor had predicted. Thank you! I wish I could remember the lady's name, I'm afraid I don't, but I hope all your staff rise up to her level. :)
