Quite expensive... After 21:00 you have to pay 50% more for an intervention (I think it's because the hospital has to pay 50% more at the salaries of the doctors)... The service even if it's a private hospital it's not for 5* (I've been in hospitals with a lot better service and I know what I'm talking about)... I think 4* are quite enough.

I've had a surprisingly good experience here! The Doctors were nice and the building nice and appealing.
I've been here twice with my baby girl age 1,4 years old. The receptionist was very nice. We visit every time to Dr.Schneider Alexandra (ORL - specialist) who was very professional and friendly with us (despite that my baby was very afraid and crying during the visit). I recommend the doctor kindly to everyone in need of a good ORL specialist. I paid the first time 190 lei and the second visit 135 lei. There is a parking lot across the hospital for those with cars.
The doctors, although in a private system, seem to put their hearts into what they are doing. And I didn't feel like I was \tricked\ into more tests or procedures, just so that they could make more money.
actually only 1star, i put 5stars to be in the first review.. we were confined for about a week in this hospital.. all the employees are covering each others mistakes, we've been charged for extra because my fiance stayed with me and our baby, no one even told us from the beginning, we were shocked in our 3rd day when one of the nurse asking my fiancee if he wants to stay coz she have to count him in the room, my fiance asked what count? then she said for the payment, additional half.. so they've been charging us 900450lei without letting us know.. ridiculous!.. and when we complained no one believe us, not even sorry for thier mistakes.. i ask for a manager but it was Sunday (yesterday) so no one listen to us, we didnt pay the extra payment coz its just not right, but they leave it us our debts.. i ask even a copy that my fiance sign for proof that it written half payment for someone stayed extra in the room.. but they dont give us!.. i will found out if they still leave us debts in the hospital and i will report them in the police for false charging.. i will sue this hospital for that!.. not even trying to fix the issues we complained.. we even have a witnessed next to our room was also charged half extra for her husband was staying 30mins, but because the husband complained, they removed the payment, how ridiculous was they are trying people to pay because they know people who stayed in the hospital can afford and might not looking for the bill.. if we didnt knew about this, we might one of those people whos been charged of what we wasnt even aware of it.. charge abbuse with their clients..
Overall good but take everything they say with a pintch of salt... This is no charity service, it's a money making enerprise. Also, the facilities(although good) are quite rapidly deteriorating and maintenance could be improved.
Good doctors, good emergency service, but expensive.
