Purchased recently a car (Mazda CX-5) from Asko dealership and the overall experience was amazing. I could have bought the car from any dealership from Romania but Asko Group was by far the best choice i could have made. What impressed me the most was their positive attitude towards the customer and always eager to help and answer any question asked regarding the car or of the entire purchasing process. A big thanks to Doru Pintea who helped me from the beginning. He was eager to assist me buying this car right from the start. If only all car dealerships would have employees like him. In the end I can say that this is definitely not the last car i will buy from Asko.

I've bought a Mazda3 Sedan from Asko in August, 2020 and I can say without a doubt that it was a good decision. Regarding Asko... Tiberiu Cristian was my main point of contact during the sales process. He is one of the most professional, pleasant and honest people I have interacted with when browsing for a new car. During the initial stages he offered detailed information about the car with enthusiasm but without being disingenuous. I did not get the most competitive offer on the market for the car I bought, but I appreciate Tiberiu working constantly to find reasonable solutions for any dissatisfactions I might have had. This continued even after I had locked in the car. They were also very accommodating, for example by allowing multiple test-drives. Thanks, Tiberiu, and congratulations! Regarding Mazda3... I drove about 7000km and I am very happy with the performance and comfort so far. Mechanically and build quality wise this is a great car, especially for the price point. I have experienced some awkward rattles in the cabin so far, but usually only when driving over rough roads or when hitting a pothole. I am not as pleased with the electronics in this car, though. The worst thing is that it sometimes won't lock as I am moving away from it, so I actually left it unlocked overnight without realising one time. The keyless unlock also typically does not function, nor does the door handle locking sensor. Finally lane keep assist is unusable as it throws you around the lane way too aggressively. This is a significant downgrade from other LKAS systems.

I have just bought my first car and thanks to the great people at ASKO it was a breeze. Young staff, very polite and knowledgeable about all the details you might need to know about the car.
