Revising my review, from 4 to 2 stars! Been subscribing to their services for a few years now, they used to be very good, caring and offer fast and professional services, they still have some good doctors but it seems that management attitude has changed. Length of time to get appointments is becoming longer and longer and doctors are leaving. When you need to wait more than a month to get an appointment while you pay a hefty sum for monthly subscription and add on top that if you go to the government health insurance they have faster appointments (half the time) same with other providers. When I discussed this with their representatives at HQ they ignored the issue, did not even answer it and told me the conditions to cancel my subscription should I want. Below I left my OLD review from a year ago, just so people could see how you can ruin even your most faithful customers Such a shame ————————————————————— A good clinic, appointments are usually on time and the staff is courteous, doctors are nice and not just try to run patients, pediatrics is on a separate floor from adults which is good, also not far from the Metro station On the DOWN side I can mention a serious parking issue, very long lines and waiting time at the reception of most floors and sometimes lack of seating places when full
