The lady who did my nails was super nice and friendly, so I gave her what I believe to be a generous tip. But this is how my nails look like, after only 6 hours since having them done. And all I did today was to roam around the city and to take my phone and wallet out of my pocket. Usually my classic manicure lasts at least 3 days until it starts chapping. They need to renew the nail polish stocks, as they seemed to be pretty old on the shelf already. And they also need to start adding a protective coat on top - I have never been to a salon where you don’t get this done.

The hairdresser left hair dye in my hair and disappeared for 1 hour. The front desk understood what was happening but made no attempt to get me with another hair dresser or contact the original one. The color was way too dark and my skin was stained, even on my neck and ear. My hair is rough. I stayed at this Salon for three hours for a simple dye job AND they charged me 338 lei for a job they originally said would be 175 lei.
I had one of the worst haircuts. After saying that nothing that I want is possible because she probably doesn't know, she ignored most of what I was telling her, and did whatever she knew, my hair now doesn't stay normal it looks like I cut it with a piece of broken glass. I had to wait for 45 min to get my appointment for waxing after, even though i was already scheduled. Waiting there, the hairdresses that cut my hair was saying the same to other customers, nothing is possible of whatever you want, only she knows what's best. After the wax i was left with pieces of wax still on me for 2 3days because they didn't clean. After I was finished I found my jacket on the floor. I don't recommend. Last time that I am going there!
Super haircut at super price
I had a pedicure done at this salon and woke up the following day with 2 infected nails. Would not recommend.
Worst workers. I received a text message on my phone one day before my appointment saying to come later. I came and nobody recognized the message so they took someone else instead of me. There is a big lack of respect and I would never recommend it. It was the first and last time!!!
Great place.the scheduled time is respected.The personnel is very kind and polite.
Nu recomand!!! Am fost acum 2 zile sa imi vopsesc parul si rezultatul a fost dezastruos. Cand am fost sa fac programare mi s.a spus care ar fi pretul maxim, iar in ziua cu pricina a costat mai mult. Am platit 386 de lei si am plecat total nemultumita. Nu a iesit nici pe departe ceea ce am cerut si imi doream. Pierdere de bani si de timp (a durat aproape 5 ore). Macar daca ar fi meritat. Ma intreb cum se procedeaza in situatia asta: daca un client este nemultumit de serviciile oferite, poate primii banii inapoi sau singura optiune este sa ocoleasca alta data acest salon?
