Some time ago I was their customer, for more than a year. The general impression in the beginning was very good, they are part of a network, have some money to invest, can do training for staff -all features of large networks. After first impression came some drawbacks of large networks- the staff is changing with blazing speed, you will be thrown between different hairdressers. No one can remember you even after 2-3 visits, you have to remind them- what to do every time. The other issue is administrators, who are making appointments by really strange algorithms. I tried to be punctual and come on time, of course I had 2-3 cases of late with 5-7 minutes. Of course I asked pardon for that. But the salon lives in another dimension- it is ok for them to be late with 20-30, and even 45 minutes, and the barber/administrator is not worried with this unimportant delay. I understand, they have more important clients, they are network of locations and not worry for every person. Such a big companies shall work big, it's obvious! So, I understood that I'm too small to be client for this location, and found another place, where I feel like a normal customer.
