Rude and arrogant staff, perhaps depending on your luck. As a beginner I left the store utterly discouraged as I was basically told to give up (though I won't). I really didn't expect that level of elitist gatekeeping.

Well-equiped store. The seller at the woodwind instruments dept. was a bit arogant but otherwise they're ok. They should look into it otherwise his atitude might upset customers. Customers come to seek advice not to be laughed at afterall, don't they?

The guy who advised us was very helpful. I sincerely recommend this store especially if you're buying something for the first time.

We had the worse experience in a music shop. A young man who was supposed to facilitate clients and prospective clients to explore the instruments was inadmissibly rude to my 13 year old son who on his birthday wanted to try an electric guitar. Since there was another young man trying the electric guitar (he did that for the 20 min that we were there) we bought a harmonica and some music sheets. My son tried a bass guitar and a classical, still waiting for the electric. When he finally asked if he can try it he was told ‘enough with your trying’ - I asked the young man why he was behaving so rude - even if one owns the shop one doesn’t take his whatever frustration on a kid - he said that if we want to try instruments we have to ask him first. Luckily there are plenty of fish in the sea- and far better guitars - we can buy those without having a little nothing treat us like he was a slave master. This the most decent I can be in a public review - honestly they deserve much worse and that guy should be in another job ( or jobless).
