Rarely I get to be puzzled by such controversy! On one hand there is a very well equipped store, with loads of great equipment from all the major names in industry, with many choices in terms of colors and sizes and on the other hand we have some seriously bored staff, with absolutely no intention of making you fell welcome and with questionable knowledge of the gear they are selling. I doubt many of them even made some trips outdoor, let alone tested the equipment in any form. Most of the time the attitude is \if you do not buy the most expensive item then there is no point for me to show you cheaper alternatives\. However, the interior organisation of the gear and the extension of choices makes this store THE place to visit for both outdoor enthusiasts and pros alike. Most of the time the prices match - or even under perform - the ones abroad. Highly recommended. UPDATE [July 2019]: Now the attitude of the staff has changed for the better! Back to 5 stars! The product range is impressive, as always! Great news for 2019. Now they sell Sea to Summit gear as well!

Long story short: some staff members are bad and I'll tell you some stories. Only from clothing and boots departament have made me angry. From the other shop they are nice. 1. I was talking with a staff member about what gloves he can recommend me and the next second he basically ignored me completely because a friend of his entered the store and went with that guy to talk I would have understood if he would say sorry or cannot help you, but he just went away like I don't matter or exist. 2. Another experience was with someone from the boots section: she was very arogant to me and also left somewhere when I was trying some boots. At that moment I left also because I felt like they don't care to help out. I went there back the next day and she asked me where I left and I told her she left me. Guess what she didn't bother to say sorry, typical. These are only 2 staff members and I'm visiting the shop only for 1 year. I hope it gets better.
