WORST customer service EVER. I ordered something on the 17th of December 2019 for 504 RON and havent received my order yet, neither got my money back. I completed 2 forms on the support page with details of payment and everything, no answers until today (possibly never) and I also called them by phone explaining everything, the only answer I got was, sorry we cant help you we dont have the order in the system. Thats it. It doesnt matter that I have payment confirmation with the list of items ordered, they just dont care to help. They dont have the order in the system, thats it goodbye.

Very rude staff.I bought a lipstick for my girlfriend and the staff ladies told me that she can change the color of the lipstick if she doesn't like it.Which of course they didn't do although the product was untouched .Unacceptable for a company such as MAC, I highly recommend Sephora or Douglas instead.At least the personnel is friendly and helpful. The last experience with MAC cosmetics...

Mi s-a atras atenția intrun fel agresiv că nu am voie să testez rujul in contextul in care mostrele sunt afisate cu mențiunea tester....E adevărat este pandemie....undeva era expus un afis pe care l-am văzut ulterior in care scria ca nu e voie să testez însă ma intreb cu as putea sa cumpăr fara sa testez un ruj.... In plus tonalitatea si adresarea vânzătoarei au lăsat de dorit
