I have been here because of a pericoronitis. Even though it had nothing to do with it they made mandatory the evaluation of the entire oral cavity which is not cheap. After that a doctor put me a bandage and told me to keep it there for an hour. Not even it did not cure my inflammation, but it also harmed my mucosa. It was not a cheap treatment and it didn't solve any of my problems, so a few days later i went to another clinique and it solved my problem immediately. Later edit: i was never programmed for another visit.

Let me start with this. Last week I had some major problems with a bad tooth. It was a horrible experience until I found out about the Kopf Zeit dental clinic. I want to mention that I had this problems during winter holidays. I called them and explained my situation, I was very surprised when they managed to make me an appointment in the same day. I got there very easy using public Transport and I was deeply impressed. You will be absolutely amazed when you will step inside the building. Everything is high-tech, clean and very comfortable. I had to wait a little until I got accepted in the medical room, but I had like my own TV to watch what I desired so time flew very fast and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. The inside of the cabinet was so amazing, everything was custom made like in a story for kids. I forgot to mention that they are very skilled in treating kids teeth. My doctor was so kind and explained me what happens with my tooth and how should I treat my tooth in the future. This guys prevented a surgery and fixed my tooth in no time. Now after almost 2 weeks i dont have any pain and I am so anxious to go there again. Maybe I will get to see another cabinet. Thank you very much Kopf zeit and see you soon with my next apointment.
I paid the consultation just to be told they don't do anything for under 3 years old.Left in the waiting room to wait for one hour while the dentist took a regular patient who arrived after us.They could've said that on the phone, but easy money is always tempting. Later I found out from Facebook that they do actually work on younger children too, pacients were describing their experiences...so what exactly happened?For us it was just an absolutely horrible experience.
I have paid 850 lei for one cavity for my son. 2 months later the filling fall. I’ve made another appointing to repair it, the filling fall again no later than a month. But worst of all, one Saturday morning I called them as my son had a really bad tooth ache and asked for an urgent appointment. They just refused us without any kind of recommendation of where could we go or what to do.
Recomand cu toată căldura Kopf Zeit! Clinica în care medicii devin prietenii copiilor (pacienților). Am găsit servicii de calitate, medici profesioniști, empatici și cu răbdare nesfârșită. Exista un protocol de igiena cu protecții pentru încălțări pe care îl respecta, asta cu mult timp înainte de pandemie, prima ședință este de \imprietenire\ a copilului cu instrumentele medicale iar la sfârșitul fiecărei consultații se oferă o jucărie ca și recompensa. Am colaborat mai bine de doi ani cu doamna doctor Basma Al Rawi, o persoana extraordinara care a făcut ca experienta mersului la stomatolog sa fie o placere pentru băiețelul meu.
O clinică absolut excepțională atât pentru copii cât și pentru adulți. Preturile sunt accesibile, calitatea lucrărilor este foarte bună și exista o transparență totală în ceea ce privește planul de tratament. Recomand cu încredere!
Doamna Doctor Dana Albert un medic excepțional ,am doi baietei si la dânsa mergem cu drag de ani de zile .Iar la dna Doctor Suciu merg eu si tot numai cuvinte de laudă, lucreaza cu grija.
Nu am de cat cuvinte de lauda : incepand de la domnisoara de la triaj, receptie, jos palaria pentru Dna Doctor ( mi-a transmis multa incredere si siguranta), totul la superlativ. Va multumim!
