Beautiful and grandiose property, great staff and crew, wonderful facility. I can perform cartwheels in the suite, it is that spacious. Lots of space, helpful, informative and welcoming reception personnel with quick check-in and a plate of fresh fruit as arrival gift. Sadly the sauna and pool are off limits due to pandemic and so are the restaurants. There is dining provision for those wishing to eat. The room is exceptionally well stocked and full of small touches making the stay very pleasant. I'd choose this property again in the future.

we had such a woderful stay at jw marriott Bucharest grand hotel. we stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was much more than how we expected. Thank you for making another great memories for us!
Amazing experience at this hotel. First class hotel entrance reception and lobby-this is truly impressive! Helpful and professional service,totally clean rooms with view. The nice lounge with coffee, tea and various sweets. The rooms are spacious with a nice luxurious bathroom and the beds are beyond comfortable. Bath accessories Bulgari were especially pleasant (girls will understand me) Many luxury shops on the first floor like a LV, PP The GYM «World class» is top as always. I didn't even want to leave the hotel. Highly recommend to anyone who visiting the Bucharest.
Very comfortable hotel. The room that we stayed had 2 good sized double beds which is great for family traveling with children. The housekeeping service was fantastic. They come around to clean the room in the day and in the evening, provides turn-down service and clear up/tidy up the room a little too. The swimming pool facilities was dated but the water was really nice and warm. The executive lounge was brilliant! The spread of food was one of the best in the lounges that I’ve been too. The breakfast was the same every morning though but the evening hot food had some new varieties everyday. First floor of this hotel has lots of restaurant which I would recommend the Italian restaurant with good food and fantastic service. Ground floor has high end shopping. Concierge here is top class attention to detail and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bar was closed only the terrace was open where I enjoyed local Romanian food. Marked it down on the service. Service was better at the Intercontinental Hotel.
If anybody is looking for great deals for hotel rooms head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a resort on there and they had the best prices anywhere! Very good hotel! It is very fancy. It is worth the stop, excelent food and very kind employees. The room is very big with a king size bed in every room!
