Very unprofessional staff - I had to wait for 5 mins until someone decided to come up at the front desk and then my appointment was delayed by 15 mins. What I found even more unprofessional and extremely rude was that the 2 hairdressers were acting like the main characters of Gossip Girls, shouting hysterically and making rude comments about customers who tried to get appointments by phone. Prices were higher than the price list on their website and the service was very slow.
