I love everything about the place. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food and the margaritas are always great. It's the place I come back to, every chance I get.

I like Journey a lot but their food could be inconsistent at times. Service is expedient but curt. I love their chicken strips but don’t enjoy the potatoes they serve with it. Prices are pretty good.

Nice place, it's warm, pandemics-friendly

Heating barely works by the doors near the entrance. Some tables were free in a warmer area and the waiters refused us to let us switch to them even though it was 8pm and we kept ordering drinks. Quite disappointed and will not come back.

Great variety of foods, good location near city center, affordable prices, neat spot for groups looking to play board games or organize meetings/events in a unconventional space

Well I ordered what I thought was going to be cooked on site, turns out they are using glovo. Sadly will not plan to revisit

Unforunately one star is the minimal I can give, I would have liked to give them ZERO stars! I had a very unpleasant experience here tonight, an extremely rude waiter who refused to serve me a last beer at 23.20 even though I called before to ask if they are opened until 23.00 or 0.00. The ladies' answer was 0.00 like Romanian law because of Covid permits. So I arrived at 22.25 and planned to stay until 0.00 drinking 3 beers, being thirsty after a very hot Bucharest summer day. When the waiter asked me for the last order at 22.40 I told him that I would like a last beer please after that which I would finish before 0.00 so that I wouldn't be a problem for them closing in time. So we agreed that I would pay the first 2 beers and if there was time enough until 0.00 I could order one more. Arriving at that moment with 40 minutes to closing time and ordering my last beer as agreed, he arrogantly refused. Very very unfriendly and absolutely not the way they should treat clients. As I client I respect the waiters, they should respect me as a client. And be prepared to work until 0.00 if that is the official closing time and not behave like this just to get home 30 minutes earlier. A very regular visitor to Bucharest I will NEVER EVER visit this hostile place again! First and last time. If you don't care about the waiters' behaviour towards their clients, please do. But they don't deserve your visit. There are more than enough bars in Bucharest with a decent behaviour towards their clients.

I thought the days when you go to a place and come out smelling like cigarette smoke were behind us. The garden looks nice but it's covered by decorations and a tarp looking thing to the point where you have no ventilation. Personnel could work on their hospitality, I only asked if I'm required to wear a face mask while using the toilet, the tone of the answer was as if I were a defiant scumbag not willing to comply with the rules. Anyway, going in and coming out the restroom, no one there was using the mask... Food is good though... but do you really want to be there to enjoy it?
