One of the places where all hope and joy goes to die after a long, self-imposed, convalescent exile. I've yet to meet a happy graduate (or non-graduate!) of this horrid pathway to self-mutilation. Academically, this is an institution that still teaches about how to use asbestos in construction work, which means that it's pretty modern compared to the national average.

This is, probably, one of the best educational institution in Romania! Very professional and competent teachers, very good results for the Romanian Architecture! I gave them five stars for the results of their students, some great young man who are more than professional ans passionate for the art of architecture - because yes, I consider architecture as an art branch and the best architects are one of the finest artists, no doubt! Unfortunately, the historical building of the University of Architecture is in a very bad shape, neglected and the victim of the recklessness and indifference of the authorities: I saw broken windows, broken stairs and decors/details of the walls and doors, a lot of ugly, vivid colored and unaesthetic graffiti on the walls with all kind of thoughtlessness inscriptions! Wow, it is too much, what a hell?! Excuse-me, but...

Architect (graduate of the Faculty of architecture) UAUIM is an old university with both qualified and questionable teachers. I got here and the problems are persisting: poor WIFI quality and a lot of useless courses. Moreover, in years 5 and 6 students still have courses fixed by the faculty *they are not allowed to choose a pack of courses which meets their interest. If you are just visiting the area, this university has some public spaces where you can rest.

Stay away from this place. Worst administration I have ever seen and everybody lacks professionalism. If you want to study architecture in Romania it's better to go to Cluj
