The telephone number is ALWAYS BUSY! Very bad service on SATURDAYS, there are lines of 6-7 people! You need to stay in line (even for 30 min) to ask a simple question! I was supposed to receive a business card in this agency, since 2 weeks ago, no message so far, nobody answers the phone, no replies to my emails. Very bad service!

Timpul de asteptare pentru a fi preluat de un functionar al bancii este de peste 1 ora. In aceasta ora doua persoane au fost preluate peste rand, fara ca cei care stateam la rand sa fim informati despre motivul pentru care cei care stau in picioare, la usa, sunt ignorati.
Ar trebui ca personalul sa invete normele comportamentului civilizat si sa nu tutuiasca clientii decat daca acest aspect a fost prestabilit.
