Even if I had some problems with one of the employees (sales representative) everything was sorted by the warehouse owners. I really got surprised by their nice attitude and the will to solve my problem created by the employee mentioned above. Based on my latest experience I would recommend this store due to it's owners. Thanks

Very nice products, but pricey, and disappointing customer service. I received a product with problems, and I am now invited into the store to exchange it, instead of having it picked up from home (it is a large product) as it is normal for a semi-luxury store.

Buna ziua,am cumparat 2 modele gresie tip parchet ambele cu defecte,(curbate din fabricatie)dupa nenumarate explicatii am reusit sa primesc factura de storno la 1 model.Nu recomand!

Pe pagina de servicii este menționat \Debitare si taiere placi ceramice\. Nu am o problema cu faptul ca oferiți aceste servicii doar pentru produsele pe care le comercializați, dar scrieți \Debitare si taiere placi ceramice - doar daca ati cumpărat plăcile de la noi\. Economisim timp ai energie :). Modific review-ul dupa ce modificati serviciul. O zi buna!
