I went here multiple times. You have to wait outside over 30 mins regardless of the weather. So if you still want to come here, prepare for waiting in queue - and also bring an umbrella if it's the raining season

My initial appointment was canceled last minute and delayed until the next day because they did not have any staff available (they could've announced much much earlier than that). Also, the staff is Disrespectful & unprofessional.

I must say never again too..I had to wait a lot for anything and pay a lot for anything , I had some analysis done and it was supposed to be ready on Friday, it wasn.t I checked again on Saturday and they weren't available yet and my appointment was 20 minutes later ... they managed to get them ready from some \draft mails\ but I payed anyways , .. I payed 180 Ron for the first consultation , 50 Ron for the analysis which was not ready , and then 110 Ron just for the doctor to tell me what the analysis was... a lot of money , very bad services , I strongly advise to try some other clinic.

Never again ! Their system didnt work for most of the day so we have to come back at a later date ... Waiting times are ridiculously long. One of the receptionsists on duty treated everyone very unproffesionally . The only pro : The medical staff was very good though , props to them for that.

We had an appointment with out 6 weeks old baby and the doctor invited someone else before us leading to a wait time of an hour. This kind of events are not unusuale as it happens to my parents as well in previous visits.

Ar fi bine sa luati masuri cat mai repede cu privire la calitatea personalului de la recoltare si de la receptie. Daca faceți in simplu test si va puneti in pielea unui pacient, o sa descoperiti multe nereguli si poate o sa intelegeti de ce aveti calificative asa mici.
