Very beautiful, pacefull place to leave, surronded by green. A bit far from city but, no big problem
beautiful place
Beautifull place to leave near forest... Maybe best to live in Bucharest
The location is nice due to it being surrounded by 2 forests, quality-price ratio used to be fair 5 years ago but not anymore with the current prices and with the lack of infrastructure. The developer somehow managed to get authorization to continue building new blocks even though current infrastructure barely supports the current number of inhabitants. There is still only one official and permanent access road, the temporary road through the forest is still not paved and has an unclear legal status and in case it gets closed again it will again take us an hour or so to get out of here at rush hours, God forbid for an emergency - fire, medical emergency, etc. Moreover, in the current state, the road through the forest is a huge source of pollution. The sewage is still not connected to Bucharest's sewage system and perspective still unclear. Need I say more? These are some serious aspects to be considered when thinking of buying in this residence. Had I known 5 years ago what I know now regarding the infrastructure, had I been smart not to believe the lies their real estate agents sold me back then, I do not think I would still buy here. With all the pros and advantages, the lack of proper infrastructure, moreover the lack of perspective of an appropriate infrastructure is a big CON. Too bad! It had great potential, provided rules and laws were followed. But no, it s all about money, building, promising, selling and then nothing.
Wonderful neighbourhood on the edge of town. Surrounded by the forest.
Poor engineering, when raining a little the streets are flooded, bad smell coming out. Also the concept of green found in the name is only because of the near forest which is great but the developer did nothing green, there are no subterranean parking so all the cars are outside which means lot of concrete instead of trees and grass.
The developer Impact , DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THE CITIZENS OF GREENFIELD. WHERE IS THE PLACE FOR KIDS, why they start to build on this place??!!!???
