For all the foreign people who will read this: This is the Gendarmerie Inspectorate. One of the most corrupt public institutions in Romania. An institution paid with tax payer money,works against the tax payer in every aspect of their \social\ life. This institution is ruled by the PSD( Social Democrate Party),the party that governs Romania,the biggest corruption system in the country. More convicts in both institutions then we have in our prisons system.
