Well organised, quality x-ray

Best run business I've seen in 19 years of coming & going to Bucharest. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean, modern, and working. The patient flow was simple and quick. My entire time spent there was less than 20 minutes for an x-ray (and that included finding a parking space nearby). Other businesses in Romania can learn from this establishment: be affordable, provide value for the cost being charged, provide great customer service, and most of all be efficient with each customer's time (our most precious commodity).

I haven’t been to this place for a while and Here’s my review. From a profesional point of view they did their job right (I hope). From a Customers Service point of view it’s pretty bad, as the lady had this nasty look from the reception and basically threw the change on the counter. Now I don’t care if you hate your job or you’re having a bad day, just do your job lady. And smiling is part of your job like in any civilized country! Plus it’s about being polite! . Will be thinking twice about coming back to this place....

I was a bit skeptical about having to go outside the dentists office to get X-rays. I walked into the building and there were a lot of people in the waiting room. I thought, great, I’m going to have to wait for ever... I stepped forward to the reception desk, handed in my referral form, and no more than 2-3 minutes later I got called in. What at first glance looks like a zoo of personnel running around, rest assured that they’re coordinating with each other and work as a team and are highly organized. I was escorted to a room for my dental CT scan, then handed over to two other team members for digital pictures ( was constantly shown that they use sterile instruments sealed in pouches), then off I went in yet another room (all pretty much next to each other) to get my panoramic X-ray, then two individual digital X-rays of two teeth. The last technician wanted to make sure they were of good quality and paged a Doctor who was floating in between them. The doctor examined the X-rays and declared them perfect. Only then I got escorted back to the reception desk. By the time I got done paying, my X-rays were there, in an envelope, for me to take to the dentist next day. And yes, they take credit cards (visa, MasterCard) for payment too. The CT scan gets sent straight to the dentist, as it takes around three days or so to get the results. Oh...the icing on the cake? Everything I had done cost I think around 380 RON. Divide by 4 to get an approximate USD amount.

It’s been the third time I called for their services and I have to say that they are very professional from all points of view: client oriented and nice personnel, skilled laboratory staff, quick and quality results provided to my dentist. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and acquaintances needing this type of service.

Even though the lab is recommended by many of the great doctors that work in Bucharest, i left completely dissapointed by the service that was provided. In less than 5days, i used them 3 times just because my endodont loves the quality of the pictures there. But from the consumer side, it s a totally different story. The First day was when i did a panoramic- the lady who “helped” me out was totally rude and unhappy. The lack of profesionalism just blew me away. i found out her name is Andreea-(blonde short lady with bangs) The second time i went was okay, i was welcomed, greeted and told i will pay 60ron for a radiology. I was treated nice by the second radiologist and when i paid- i was asked for 30ron. The third day when i went back - i was told i ll be charged 50ron- and i ended up paying 60ron for the exact same thing i did the day before. Totally understood they are a private firm, but the difference of price for the same exact thing at different times and the lack of profesionalism of the staff is completely dissapointing!!!

Quick services and also cheap. Even if the waiting room was full of people, they managed to handle us all very fast and with professionalism. I highly recommend them! P.S. They are in the centre of Bucharest.
