Bought a Galaxy Watch Rose from them. It arrived a week after the purchase which was understandable since it was the holiday season. When opening the package I saw that it had the seals broken and it had fingerprints on it. After contacting support for a replacement I was lied to for about a week that the new watch will come as soon as possible. When I received a question on a support call that said \do you reaaally want a new product?\, I snapped and started threatening with Customer Protection. After that I waited another week for a replacement which never came as the shipping company did not receive any product and only delivered a delivery receipt. For another week Flanco and Urgent Cargus each blamed the other. Flanco said that the new product was shipped from another city, Cargus said that they did not receive anything. After another week of waiting I accepted to keep the used product a voucher from them. In conclusion, Kudos Flanco, if you would have the last bottle of water on earth I would not buy it from you.
