All in all, the service is good. They work 24/7 which is great. They do a decent job.

I have attached correctly a cover for my dissertation and they have misspelled a letter first time and when I have requested to redo it, they misspelled another one... Not professional enough, they should pay more attention to details. Moreover, when everything they get from the client is CORRECT! Don't recommend it at all. The customer service was prompt and friendly but that is not sufficient, if the quality is not good.

Usually they're okay, but when they're busy you do not want to go there! Avoid like the plague! You wait around 20 minutes for someone to even glance at you, and after they show you to a computer and go and do other stuff, after which you want another 20 minutes. Finally, by the grace of God someone will come and help you, they only print whats convenient for them. Mid-day through they'll start doing favours and take other customers on your computer to do \quick stuff\ for around 10 minutes. Then they forget documents! I had 12 pots to print, trusting that they printed all, came home to find out I only had 9 and I was charged for all 12. Don't waste your time, the only time this is good is at midnight when there's nowhere else to go. Otherwise if it's daytime, go anywhere else where it's not this crazy busy as they have also raised their prices and are basically on the same level as everyone else.
Sent them a green banner image, came out blue. They blamed me for providing the \wrong format\. They were so incompetent that they didn't open the file on a computer to check it's a different colour.
Never dissapointed! Good and qualitative products.
