I gave them one star because it's the lovest possible, rather 0 stars is what this bank deserves. I had account with Piraeus Bank. They sent me the other day a letter from First Bank stating my accounts closure. I had to call 3 days in a row to find out my balance and no surprise they've replied -6Ronwhatever will cumulate until we decide to finaly close your account in about two months or so. They were right about the American ways: in that their only priority is charging interest and commisions for as long as possible. Definitely avoid them.

The worst bank I ever came across! Since this First Bank took over it is even worse than before. Nobody ever answers the phone in Victoriei branch, you hardly can get hold of anybody in the call center who answers the phone tired and bored so nothing of the American spirit they pride with. They cannot update a phone number for me to be able to get access and use my online banking even if my number is already registered in their system. What a useless system they have! If I hadn't have a mortgage with them, I would have left this bank long time ago...

Aproape imposibil sa gasesti pe cineva de la distanta. Robotul Sofia nu are tree pentru un operator. Dar si inainte de Sofia, am sunat si nu au reusit sa imi dea informatii relevante. Pentru raspunsuri pe email, aveti rabdare cel putin o saptamana.
Cea mai proasta banca din România. Mai bine la C.E.C. Îmi cere document justificativ la suma de 150 RON . De ce am încărcat contul soție cu 150 de lei cica de unde ii am.
