If I could, I would give 0 star. The service is completely unorganized, has no interest for the customers needs. I had to use their services as they are Fedex representative in Romania, but it is incomparable to Fedex. It was by far the worst delivery service I ever experienced. Delayed delivery, lying about my package, sending me in the wrong place, had to go to their office to pick up my own package, then they didn't even bother to come bring it at the reception, they send you to wait outside of the deposit. The hours are also different than the ones you find online.

So my official shippment value was 280usd and 0 shipping value, the package invoice value sent by the shipper was 90 for the products and 53 for the shipping. So I only played 280 nothing more, nothing less. By using a weird mathematical formula which only the FedEx employee understood I ended up beeing charged for 280, value from one invoice, and 53 value of the shipping from the other invoice.

This is TNT Express delivery \door to door\. In the middle of the street, out in the rain, after i've payed lots of for their services. And the delivery courier signed on my behalf for \delivery in best condition\, after i refused to sign. Hope you realize what this means in front of the law...Shame on you!

If I could I would give you 10 stars not 5. I had an important document to be delivered from Romania to United States. It came in two days as I was told on the phone. You guys are the best, very efficient and serious. The delivery was very accurate to follow on your app. Highly recommended.

Always easy to work with, you can get the information you need from them because they have competent employees. I use them often (as receiver/buyer), because of the quality, even if they are sometimes a bit more expensive than others

Higher prices (2-2,5 times) in comparison to their concurrence. Impossible to reimburse at the delivery (if you don't have a signed contract with them) as well in comparison to their concurrence. Some of the operators are arrogant and make disrespectful comments out of nowhere..! Internationally delivered packages are not headed to the receiver (I had to spend hours calling them from another country and finding out the stranger's name that received my documents whereas I expected to receive my documents personally that is why they had my exact address and phone number). A few years ago, this company's services were impeccable...what happened since???!!!
