From my point of view I can say that Mr. Dumbravanu is the best real estate lawyer. With his help I managed to recover my upfront payment for a new apartment from the real estate developer. As an advice for anyone who want's to buy an apartment: Make sure that you receive legal support from a lawyer before signing anything. This will save you a lot of time and money.

L-am contactat dupa ce am rezervat o locuinta intr-un proiect offplan, platind o arvuna, fiind insa nesiguri in privinta termenilor contractului de promisiune de vanzare pe care urma sa il semnam. Ne-a oferit consultanta si am reusit sa negociem clauze mai avantajoase si sa eliminam o parte din cele abuzive. Foarte important, am inteles ca arvuna nu poate fi retinuta de dezvoltator, daca prin negocierea de buna-credinta nu se poate ajunge la un acord in privinta contractului de promisiune de vanzare. Majoritatea contractelor protejeaza peste masura dezvoltatorul si sunt in defavoarea cumparatorului. De aceea, in luarea unei decizii atat de importante precum o achizitie imobiliara, este fundamental sa ai parte de consiliere de specialitate.
