Nice people very polite and patient. Just stiff on prices. Very hardly do they offer any deals or discounts even in off season... They would have many more clients if they put out a few sales and sale vouchers to make themselves competitive compared to all the many other motorcycle shops in the whole of Bucharest.

Great shop with friendly people. Good English speaking salespeople and mechanics. Huge selection of bikes and accessories! They even had the new T7 that's not yet released in the States. Great shop! Thaaaaanks for all the help my friends!!!

Like any other motorcycles reseller, some of them treat you with superiority. They are very arrogant when you ask about warranty or leasing. I went there with the intention to order a new bike, but because of their attitude i will go somewhere else. Also they were not wearing masks and were like 5-6 men in there.

The staff is super nice and helpful. My bad experience was related to a purchase. When my unit was delivered I made an effort to leave job midday to go PAY and take my machine. The OWNER there told me I will wait outside a locked door if I arrive between 13.00 and 13.30. I respect the rules of the shop but I will no longer use this store. Make sure you are not greeted by a locked door at this shop around 13.00.

Nice Showroom and helpful sales personnel but service part is very unorganized. Went for the maintenance and they did not even have the parts ready. After waiting 5 hours for maintenance, went to pay and SHOCK: most expensive maintenance done for a scooter ever. More than for my other motorcycle and even more expensive than a car. So poor service and VERY expensive
