The graphic tablet is great and my niece uses it for more than just drawing. It's nice that it has many pressure points as well. As a business, my experience with them was a good one. I had little issue in regard of the delivery, but it was sorted straight away and the product delivered the next day. Thank you!

The only issue that I didn't like about their behavior is that they did not notify me that it will take more than 1 week for the product to arrive (it could have been an urgent matter for me and in that case it wouldn't have be very cool :P). Other than that everything went well.
They only try to steal from you, to be avoided at all cost. They sell returned nonfunctional products specially to take money from people and you will never hear from them, there are even fb groups with thousands and thousands of people that have been victims. They have multiple websites to fraud people: cel.ro domo.ro dc-shop.ro marketonline.ro depozituldecalculatoare.ro oktal.ro mediadot.ro azerty.ro Avoid them, they are hard to get in jail even though they have years of only fraud.

One of the best online shopping experience in Romania. BUT, I have to review my experience completely because: One of the products in my order (an electronic device) did not work at all (does not turn on when plugged in). I returned the product on my expense and after 29 days they sent me an email saying that product cannot be repaired and I will get a voucher on their site for the equivalent amount. The thing is they don't have the product in stock anymore and do not want to return my money either so I have to sue them (it was ordered on a company). Also worth noting Domo does not exist anymore, Cell.ro bought the site and is using it.
