If I can give 0 stars I would have. Shame on this department. It should be one of the most important one in these days due to the pendamic. But they couldn't give a damn about their citizens. They are just occupying offices and taking money.without any actual help.

Horrible experience! I made covid test,of course they didn't call me so I have called and guess...they disconnected every my phone call. So I'm home with breathing issues and I don't know if I have covid or no. Thank you Romanian Department....

Department of Public Health. Is this s a joke? Like many of the state department, this useless employee don't even answer the phone. Such a shame, I don't think there's any state department which have more than 1.5 stars on Google's review.

It is impossible co contact DSP by phone. It rings busy 3 times and then hangs up. They have 3 phones but nobody answers. I tried numerous times at different times of the day. Since I am in quarantine at home, I can't go to their location, so the phone was my only option. I also tried to contact them by email with the same result: zero. I am very disappointed and unfortunately I can't do anything about.

This barely could be called an institution. Nobody answers and they provide no help. Shame on this disgraceful administration.
