Professionalism that is one word you can use for this artist, surrounded by an excellent team of cozy people Lilly and Maria that make you feel comfortable even when its the first time going there. I had a twitty like color that wouldnt go away on my hair and then another 4 scattered colors around that, i tried four hair saloons in bucharest paid a hell of a lot of money and i had colors come out like green or blue... Marian assessed the situation of my hair and instantly knew what to do , i now have the color i was trying to get from the begininng an argine greyish color! The haircut is amazing as well i feel like i was handled properly and will def try the keratin treatment that Lilly told me about! Definetely worth going there!
I went to him this morning looking for a orange gradient look. Yes I do enjoy the finished hairstyle, it indeed looks gorgeous but I do have a few remarks that made me give him this rating. First of all, when he was brushing my hair, he kept pulling on it so hard that I nearly cried out of pain. Second of all whenever I asked something he answered very arrogantly, I never had ill intentions when I mentioned something but his answers were always sarcastic and said in a mean tone, I in fact understand that it takes patience to make such things but that doesn't justify being rude to a customer. The last thing I must mention is when he was washing my hair, I, a person with scoliosis, kept moving my neck due to the awful pains I felt in my back and he kept making rude remarks as if I shouldn't move because I would ruin his chair. I'm sorry to say that I enjoy the art and respect it but the artist proved to me he was not the same quality as his work.
A very professional place and people. Loved the results so much of my hydrating and straightening treatments with keratin. Highly recommended!
Great hair stylist. For sure the best for me. I took a risk to change from DARK RED to BLONDE in just one session and it was a complete success even all others said it can't be done. Plus, due to the treatment he applied my hair wasn't affected at all. He is a pro I highly recommend.

De ce aleg să merg de 8 ani numai la salonul lui Marian Cotoi ? Este simplu: nu am nicio emoție și nu trebuie să-mi fac niciun plan înainte. Ajung acolo, mă așez pe scaun și nu este nevoie să îi spun eu ce vreau. Știe când este cazul unei schimbări, știe ce ți se potrivește și cel mai important are capacitatea de a comunica. Și se comportă în felul acesta cu toți clienții lui și asta datorită profesionalismului ce îl caracterizează. Oameni minunați, profesioniști și o locație super!
