I was an old customer of this clinic more than 10 years ago, but when arriving for an aching tooth recently the doctors there moved me from one to another putting temporary bandages that amplified the pain of the tooth even more than when I arrived. Good services in the past don't guarantee current quality which lacks all together. Avoid as cancer this place if you want good services for your teeth.

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far and comparing to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared, they also participate to international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars and the doctors Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in Primaverii area in Bucharest and unfortunately it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colours are warm and they combine naturally and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

Friendly staff and full equipment. More respectful to appointments than other clinics in town and somehow managed\u200b to be flexible and accomodate my short stay. Be aware of prices!

Clinica ingrijita si bine dotata. Dar: 1. Mi-au pus un implant prost acum 2 ani. Au scos implantul la cererea mea si l-au pus corect dupa cateva luni de refacere. 2. De curand, dr. Luiza Costache m-a tratat arogant si mi-a facut o lucrare de mantuiala pe motiv ca am contrazis-o. Urmeaza sa refac lucrarea la alt cabinet.
