I just had the pleasure to meet Dr. Wissam Taleb (Dermatology) and I cannot express my gratitude for this person. The level of professionalism, knowledge and skill astounded me. Because of a skin infection I contacted the lovely staff of Sanador whom offered me a same day schedule. Exactly on the scheduled time I was invited into his office and from the first second Dr. Wissam took the time to listen... like really listen to me and then confidently give me a diagnosis based on his experience and vast knowledge of skincare. He made me feel comfortable and safe, then exceeded all my expectations offering me a lot of information on not only the root of my condition but how to treat and prevent it in the future. I was amazed of his kindness and passion for his work! Meeting Dr. Wissam made my day! I will tell everyone the amazing experience I had today.

Had an appointment, made me wait 50 minutes in line alongside elder people with heart conditions in temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius just to tell me when I arrive at the doctor's cabinet that I had arrived too late and it's impossible to meet an appintment today. Garbage organization within the hospital. Avoid on all cost.

Don't use this hospital. Doctors are good, but the staff that manages appointments, medical journal etc are completely incompetent. After having mixed up appointments and cancelling without letting me know, they gave me the medical journal of another person and probably my sensitive personal data to someone else. They thus gave me a prescription for a different medicine than I should take. When I discovered, I repeatedly reached out to them to correct the mistake. Staff was rude and unwilling to help in any way

I had to wait for 1 hour to only find out I had to leave and make an appointment by phone. And thanks God I asked after 1 hour they told me to wait, otherwise who know how longer would I have waited.

Had a fabulous experience when I had to get an ultrasound. Staff was friendly and prompt, the doctor was very patient to explain everything to me, and the price was right. If you are a foreigner though, please be patient as not all staff speak university level English.

In primul rand nu exista parcare ..parcarea aceea din fata are cateva locuri care sunt intodeauna ocupate ..am platit 60 de ron la parcarea cu plata pt. ca nu aveam unde sa las masina ..jos la parter sunt intre 15 si 20 de oameni la coada ..nu ai loc sa te misti..reguli in acest context legat de covid grav incalcate ..am fost la doamna doctor Dinut Adelina sa imi faca o consultatie ,am platit 250 de ron ..am fost trimis sa fac o spirometrie pe care am platit 170 de ron si chemat in alta zi sa imi fie interpretata..am facut spirometria si am venit in alta zi pt ca doamna doctor terminase programul ..pentru a fi interpretata a trebuit sa mai achit inca odata 170 de ron ..ceva absurd ..daca o faceam in aceeasi zi cu consultatia ,plateam alti bani ca sa mi se citeasca spirometria ?adica plateam un consult de 2 ori in aceeasi zi ?preturi exagerate si management care lasa de dorit sau facut in dezavantajul clientilor :)

Mereu aștept foarte mult, nu mai contează că am programare. Ultima oară , mai era și perioadă Covid, am așteptat 60 min, cu un copil de 8 luni. Este ultima oară când mai apelez la serviciile acestei clinici.

Organizare incredibil de proasta. Cum poti programa zeci de oameni sambata laora 9 si sa ii tii in strada sa completeze formulare pe propria raspundere?
