Terrible services. Making appointments for blood tests for absolutely no reason, you still wait one hour to get in because there's only ONE assistant taking the blood samples and there are priority patients. Why do you even bother creating those appointments?

One of the worst of their clinics. They have absolutely NO parking - so I know for next time to come not with 10’ prior to my appointment, but with at least 30’, so I can hunt for a spot. They don’t have enough staff to mend the receptions; and the ones that do, treat you like you’re wasting their time and don’t give you the proper information; I waited over 10’ to register for my appointment, then the woman at the desk scolded me that I was late and that I should’ve opened the appointment myself - and this in a condescending voice - “you know, downstairs? there’s a little machine?(gesturing a ...square?!) You use that to open an appointment?”; ending her sentences as if they were questions. You know the type.

Untrained reception that provides incorrect guidance, the system does not orient towards the benefit of the patients and does not care to improve, interested only to take your money.

Arrogant medics (Goronescu) , and a very long waiting time, because they don't respect their patient's appointment time. I waited one hour past closing time (9PM) and there still was 2 patients ahead of me.

My first 2 experiences with medicover look like this: Even though I had an appointment, I was asked to wait for 40 minutes. Besides this, in a different day I went for an annual blood testing and I went home with this beautiful bruise.

They have stuff with very nice attitude. The doctor which consulted me was 10/10 in terms of knowledgement and communication with patients.

I've been there two times because of stomach problems. I had an appointment but I had to wait 40 min the first time and more than 1h the second one. The family doctor I talked to barely spoke english and told me to do an abdominal radiography without explaining me that I should not eat etc. before. When I got there, I had to wait for more than 1h and doctors let people that came later than me go first. I told the receptionist several times that I had to go back to work but no solution provided. Finally, I left without doing the exam. I don't understand why the work with appointments if in the end the waiting time is huge. I want my money back plus I need to find another place.
