My cat is now good thanks to these people.

I brought my cat here with an extremely low blood sugar level, and feeling very weak. The people here took a blood test and recommended another clinic for emergencies. They asked me to pay 70 RON, basically for nothing, as they did not even try to get my cat's blood sugar up. I had an emergency (which was by no means rocket science or brain surgery), I was at their clinic and yet they thought it was ok for me to waste even more time (and put my cat's life even more at risk) by going to another clinic. While I do understand they were in a hurry to go home and celebrate Christmas, I believe more could have been done on the spot. In the end I helped my cat on my own, at home, by giving her a bit of honey, a trick I learned on the Internet and which has worked many times since.
Long time spend waiting for services
The people there are very helpful and most of the time, my dog was treated well. However, their treatments are kind of expensive and they tend to convince you to go with them no matter the costs. I understand that and I would do anything for my dog, but sometimes it's too much. Last time, they have set the diagnostic only by looking at her, without doing any tests. I asked for a second opinion and the external treatment they suggested was not so efficient. Despite all this, the conditions there are very good and they treat all animals with great care. Would recommend, although I had this one glitch last time. With other occasions and treatments, I had no problem.

Had a problem with the feline and ended up taking it to this location. The staff was very kind and helpful the entire time.
