The intervention for an automatic Tissot took 4 months. Unacceptable.

An outrageously expensive and poor quality workmanship for high-end watches. They scratched the back cover of my Yissot while trying to unscrew it and after that did not admit the fault. Later on, they ruined my watch by installing a poor quality battery that leaked and destroyed the watch movement. Again, they won’t admit their fault. Lately it was rebranded as Cellini Service Center, with much higher prices and more arrogance added. Avoid if possible.

Chronotime is an authorized Omega service center. That being said, I took my 1965 Seamaster 600 in for an inspection to see what it needed, also complaining of a stuttering second hand. I was told the watch was \too old\ to repair and that I would just have to deal with it having a stuttering second hand, as the gent (who claimed to be Omega factory trained & worked there for 8 years) told me \it's not possible\. The fix is to adjust or replace the friction spring, which, according to reputable independent watch makers, is relatively simple. After contacting Omega, they requested that I send the watch to them. I did so, and they are fixing it properly. Chronotime \serviced\ the watch - Omega found the watch in need of a service and that the movement had \foreign bodies\ in it. Chronotime also neglected to address a damaged case screw. My DHL rep told me that he has multiple clients who send watches to either Switzerland or Germany for service. I would avoid taking any watch, especially an expensive timepiece, to Chronotime.
