I was in Bucharest for a wedding and decided the occasion was perfect to wear one of my best watches. Unfortunately, the day before the wedding, my watch battery ran out. It was especially challenging because it was late afternoon and most places were already closed. I had called this business 10 minutes before they closed and asked them if they can take care of it. Spoke with Alex (the owner) and he was extremely helpful. Instead of giving me directions, he offered to meet me on the way, 5 minutes away from the business. We met and walked back to his business, where he stayed open late just so he can replace my battery. Looking around, I also noticed he has a great selection of watches, bands, batteries and more. Talking to Alex, it became instantly apparent that he is an expert in all timekeeping equipment matters. He promptly assisted with the battery changed, buffed/cleaned my watch, all while making friendly and educative conversation. This is a great business with amazing staff and affordable prices. If you are looking to get your watch serviced, refurbished or a simple battery change, be sure to contact this business. They are the best in Bucharest!
I came for a change of glass plus the keyhole mount. A very good watchmaker, I recommend it.
Alex is very passionate about his work and has more than 10 years of experience in watch repairing. He can get any type of work done on any type of watch, for a good price. Besides, if you are a watch enthusiast, Alex will invite you for a coffee and let you sit next to him while explaining you everything he does on your watch. I highly recomand him.

Fast, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a Tissot watch with several problems that most watchmakers I've been to previously had not been able to solve. Alex was the only one I found who actually likes to take on a challenge and the result was beyond my expectations. I recently went to him a second time to have the same (now functioning) watch polished. Customer service is excellent. He will entertain you with incredible stories and share some of his experiences if he notices you're a watch enthusiast like him. 5 star all the way! Would highly recommend to anyone, particularly for those really challenging jobs, on ANY watch. And I mean ANY watch.
