The range of restaurants available in platform is good, but the service is terrible: the food arrived after 3 hours. even after I received the SMS with the delivery estimate (20-40min), it took an hour and 20min. on the main phone (021 9221) I had no answer after 2 calls of 20min each.

Like in any business, managing your customers' expectation is one of the most important thing possible. CASEROLA.ro keeps on disappointing me on this aspect. I gave up on them 6 months ago for delivering our order after almost 3 hours while their text message says 1 hour. Annoying is the fact that this happened again today hence i decided to write this review. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU"RE DEALING WITH HUNGRY PEOPLE. The reason why i didn't rate this experience with 1 star is due to one of CASEROLA's employees who was nice enough to call me back and accepted to deliver us the food free of any charge. (basically we eat late, but for free LOL)
Recommend 100%! I think I've tried most takeaway companies in Bucharest and these guys are by far the best. They have a reputation for working only with the best restaurants in the city, so you can always trust that whatever you chose from their website, the food will be absolutely delicious. Always nice, always professional and always on time.
I like them, the service they provide and how they provide it. Highly recommended on both the quality of the food and the delivery times!! Keep up the good work guys!! I know it's a real effort! Thank you!
I've been their client since they started the business with only 5-10 restaurants on their website. It gave me the impression of a small, family run business, where every client was treated with respect. They've visibly grown since, but somehow they managed to keep the same attitude. Keep it up!
Even though the delivery times are higher, at least your food arrives in the specified interval of time. And the big advantage is that you can order from any of their restaurants, no matter where your address is. Very good selection of restaurants, all of them serving only high quality food.
More than 2h now and nothing arrived, last time 3 and almost cried when I looked at the food..Poor quality, low customer satisfaction principles, unprofessional.. useless.
If what you are aiming for is good food and great customer experience, then you could do no better than Caserola. I'd gladly recommend it to everyone I know :)
