Booked a ride to the airport on the website two days in advance. Never confirmed. I reached out to company, they said it was confirmed. Then no one picked me up. Now I am trying to get my money back because I paid ahead of time online.

Best service and beautiful cars. The driver was in the airport waiting for us. The car was very clean and fancy. The price was amazing cheap for a business car (about 22 euros ). I like them and i will use them everytime when i will be in Romania.
Perfect ride, booked 1week before the arrival in Bucharest, our plane had 50min delay but the driver was in the arrival terminal at the meeting point. We booked also the day trip at Dracula Castle and the ride was perfect, thank you Marius.
We had a confirmed booking with this taxi company. I contacted them by email twice before hand and didn't receive a reply. Alarm bells should have rung at this point but I took the trusting approach, I was wrong, they didn't show up at the airport and we waited for 30 mins before giving up and making other arrangements. Do not use this company.
Really good service. Our plane was an hour late arriving, but the driver was still there waiting for us, and no mention of any more money needed. The car was excellent and clean, and the driver very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

We needed to get to the Bucharest airport (OTP) on Jan 1st, at 4 am, from Bucharest city. We were worried we could not find a taxi during New Year night. Moreover, there were 5 of us and lots of luggage to transport. We booked online a van from Taxi Bucharest on Dec 30st, they confirmed it on the morning of the 31st. The driver was right on time and the car super clean and confortable. We will definitely use their services again when visiting Romania.
Best service . They are not yellow cabs. They are a private company with accredited drivers . Professional drivers to say with very clean and comfortable . I like them and fore sure i will use them.
