Never again! One star is too much! I called 2 days ago to get an appointment for a power of attorney and I was scheduled for today. I called yesterday to confirm the time and to mention that I've sent the copies of the necessary documents by email, including the draft of the power of attorney, as instructed 2 days ago. The person that answered was incredibly rude and just hung up saying that she is busy and to come today with the originals and that she will not use the documents sent by email, she will use directly the originals. Actually, that was the moment when I paid attention to their score on Google. Today I went at the scheduled time, nobody cared about me for 20 minutes. After I signaled that I have an appointment I was told that the appointment was done by a person that is not in the office today (!!!). It was like an alien made that appointment, not an employee of that office. I mentioned that they already have the draft (it was 90% done, they just had to fill in my personal data and the notary closure) and I asked them to tell me how long it will take. They told me that if they will use the document I've sent it will take longer (how comes??? it was already filled in!!!) and they just shrug their shoulders "being busy" at the same time. So I considered that they should have the customers they deserve, but that was not me! I wish them luck to find the right ones!

Completely disappointed by the services provided. The staff is completely unprofessional, and after they have your moneys they treat you like a low-life and almost mock you. I had to go full romanian on their ass ( get down to their level ) to get things sorted out. Completely 0 stars regarding customer satisfaction, after-sales relations and so on. When I (politely) asked where could I register a complaint, they told me 'wherever you want! go to the european union!'. Other negative points would be : they have 2x at least more expensive charges for every document compared to other notaries I've used in the past, they try to milk you worse than the Romanian government ( 'you can not put these 2 similar clauses on this document, you need to have individual documents - 2x pay ' ) and so on. Try to avoid. Or if you HAVE to employ their services, triple-check everything they give you...

Am citit toate părerile anterioare, majoritatea negative, însă experiența mea cu acest birou notarial a fost una pozitivă. Domnul notar Scarlat Ciudoescu poate părea aspru sau dificil la telefon, însă față în față mi s-a părut un domn profesionist, bine intenționat și prompt în soluționarea problemelor pentru care se apelează la dumnealui. În doar două întrevederi (la distanță de trei zile) am reușit să obțin suplimentarea unui certificat de moștenitor, deși dosarul fusese arhivat. Domnul notar și-a dat tot concursul, iar restul personalului mi s-a părut amabil și respectuos.

Am fost sa rectific o procura pe care am facut-o la acest birou notarial in urma cu cateva zile si pe care am constatat ca au gresit-o. Personalul de la receptie este absolut nesimtit. A vorbit foarte urat cu mine si mi-a spus ca trebuia sa verific procura cand am ridicat-o si ca daca vreau sa o rectifice trebuie sa o platesc din nou pentru ca legea nu le permite sa rectifice actele pe care le-au emis. In concluzie, eu nu mai am ce sa caut in acest birou notarial iar domnului notar ii transmit ca ar trebui sa isi aleaga mai atent personalul care il reprezinta in fata publicului. Preturile sunt de 2 ori mai mari comparativ cu alte birouri notariale si atunci cand am intrebat daca pot face o singura procura pentru inscrierea a doua masini mi-au spus ca trebuie sa faca doua procuri ca sa poata sa taxeze de doua ori. Zero stele din partea mea ! DE EVITAT!!!

Nesimțite curată! Locația nu mai exista iar la telefon te lasa sa te plimbi aiurea prin oraș! Rușine!

Sunt scutite*) de plata onorariilor următoarele acte întocmite în scopul valorificării unor drepturi prevăzute de legi speciale şi de protecţie socială: Am fost sa fac o declaratie notariala pe proprie raspundere, fiindumi necesara pentru acordarea unei burse sociale de catre facultate, unde mi s-a perceput un onorariu dublu, fata de cel normal.(40 de lei in loc de 20 maxim) *Cu excepţia cheltuielilor materiale (imprimare, arhivare etc.), care vor fi achitate de solicitantul actului. Scutirea se aplică doar pentru onorariul notarial conform Anexei nr. 5 la Ordinul MJ nr. 46/c/2011.

Am sunat sa imi ofere niste informatii daca pot legatiza o declaratie. Doream sa trimit documentele pe e-mail si apoi sa vin sa le iau. Am dorit ca plata sa o fac si prin virament daca se dorea. Domnul care a raspuns a fost destul de nepoliticos. L-am intrebat daca se poate face pe loc, pentru a nu veni de mai multe ori. Nu a stiut sa dea suficiente informatii, si a ales sa inchida telefonul spunand ca isi pierde timpul. Sper sa vada cineva recenzia si sa nu fi pierdut eu timpul scriind.
