Very unprofessional service. Been there for a factory recall, which I ended up to regret. Firstly, I was shocked to see that in a premium dealership, there is no handing over protocol (at least it wasn’t followed in my case). Therefore, if your car is returned with an extra scratch or dent, you have nothing on your side. This recall, consisted of 2 things: a ECU software update and the replacement of a rubber joint from the driveshaft. The first day, I was told the software would need a minimum of 5 hours to be done. After I checked the logs from my dashcam, the car wasn’t even inside the shop for more than 1 hour. At the end, I wasn’t given a single document about this intervention (not even a page), although I asked. I was told I didn’t need it, as it is just internal. Now, about the driveshaft joint, I was told it was ordered and should get there in about 1 week. Sadly, I waited for more than 2 months, while nobody answered my calls. In the end I managed to get an appointment after writing several emails to BMW Romania. The second visit was just as the first one. I was given no documents and I cannot verify what has officialy beed done to the car. To this day, there are still unanswered questions about the software update procedure (which I don’t even know for sure it’s been done), that BMW refuses to answer. Never going to this dealership again.
