Not helpful at all, every time I see them interacting with a customer (usually people trying to buy a part) they are extremely constipated, condescending and unwilling to even order the part. Always acting like they are doing the customer a favor, not like they are running a business. Would stay away, the place looks like will go bankrupt soon.
