One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Starting with the website which was indicating products on stock although apparently was not true, the customer support no. that nobody picks up (called 3 times, 2 times no answer, once got rejected call), and not to mention the surprise I get after driving half way around the city, to find not one, not 2 but 3 employees in the store that apparently were too busy to answer my calls or to call me back after rejecting my call. Final outcome? Placed order, paid the full price, lost 1 hour of my workday only to be told we’ll get back to you, might take up to 10 days for my “in stock” product to be available for pick-up. I’ll change my rating if situation improves as the store looked quite well stocked (with all the nice goodies) and clean but please, for the love of God, do something about your customer support.

Tyre change procedure: Day 1. I paid online for 2 tyres in stock in order to pick them up from Unirii store. Day 3. Store sends a short email that they do not have the tyres anymore and should order smth else. Doesn't suggest anything. Day 17. I email them because phone is not available...I mention that I would like to change the paid tyres with a different product and pay difference. Not possible, money weren't refunded even though product was not available. Refund procedure just started. Finally, store employee called me and advised me to order the tyres I want without paying them and pick them when ready. Ok. I make the order and wait. Day 25. No response of availability of the ordered tyres. Day 30. I go to a different store and find some tyres really overpriced and bought them. Day 33. Bikexpert calls if I am still interested in buying the tyres. If this is the state of one of the most popular bike shops from Romania, I am really dissapointed. Not even discussing about the other shop that had 50% overprice. Never ever.
Really unpolite and unfriendly staff. Go to Veloteca, Biciclop where the expertise and the quality of service exists but just AVOID THE PLACE! They do not deserve your money and your time!

Good quality for money rapport
Very friendly and helpful staff. There were a lot of bicycles to choose from. However most of them were MTB, but that is the case because it is the main choice of the customers. Plenty of accessories and even a bike service is available.
Good place to buy bikes or bike parts.
