Service staff is mostly unavailable for people that get off at 6 - I'll had to take a day off for the check-up. The manager was very helpful, so was the service staff. Can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Good overall experience.

Horrible client service from the blonde receptionist. I don't contest the quality of the bike parts, but I'm not returning at this location even if it'll be the last bike store/service on Earth.
Best place to fix your bike or get new parts. The guys working in the atelier are very dedicated and professional. It's always a joy to bring my bike there.
Really patient and helpful! Took the time to offer the advice I needed and we even took a couple of bikes outside in the back of the shop to try out, which is why I wanted to go to a physical store in the first place. I do recommend you pay them a visit, no matter what level rider you are, these guys will hook you up!
If you leave something in service the won't contact you when it's ready. If you try to call the service hotline is never answering the phone!
Very good and fast service and nice staff!
I went there with lots of beginner questions and they, very patiently, responded to my concerns and also helped me get the ideal bike for me. The service guys are very helpful too.
