Very polite staff, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.

Great food and ok staff but the room was not pre heated and it was very cold and the heater was loud during the night. Also I had no phone signal in the building, I don t know if it is a network problem or it was the building. Average experience.

A very nice hotel, elegant rooms with all accomoties, charming restaurant with plants, mirrors, underground music and a really great breakfast!!!! All the employees are classy. We will always return there with pleasure
Pro: people, very friendly and helpful employees. I don't think it is a family run hotel, but it made us feel so. Very hard to find such good services in Bucharest. rooms are very clean and well equipped coffee machine, fridge, safe box, bio shower gel, body lotion very good breakfast with many options and nice dining room very good service for the price quiet during the night location, on the right few meters to Victoriei Boulevard,.on the left a nice neighborhood with beautiful old houses, perfect for a nice stroll Cons: bed was a bit stiff, but maybe I am too used to a soft mattres
Very nice hotel. Room was spacious. Really clean and modern. Had a nice bar, nice layout with beer. Look forward to returning. Good fresh view out the windows, which also opened wide.
