They are excellent on smartphone hardware repair, but there is room for improvement in software knowledge (concerning retrieving your lost already paid apps installed on that broken phone you brought to them).

Super profesionisti si super corecti!!! Azi a fost a doua oara cand le-am calcat pragul. Prima data, acum 2 ani, telefon scapat in \apa\ :), prajit, reinviat de catre baietii denla Belvedere dupa ce alte 3 service-uri mi-au spus sa-mi cumpar altul!!! Azi, telefonul nu s-a mai aprins, dupa o repornire. Problema rezolvata de catre baieti in maxim 15 secunde! Ma repet, super profi, organizati si super corecti! RECOMAND CU TOATA INCREDEREA!!!!

Foarte profesionisti baietii, diagnosticare rapida si corecta cu informatii utile despre modelul de telefon si defecte potentiale. Am schimbat display-ul de la un model de Samsung - de la momentul predarii pana la ridicare au trecut 3 ore (yep, foarte rapid) - comunicarea cu ei e foarte ok - au inclusiv un tracker in care poti vedea statusul \operatiei\. Recomand, nu am avut experiente prea placute cu alte service-uri in trecut, ma bucur ca mai sunt locuri in care treaba merge cum ar trebui sa mearga si in care angajatii nu au o atitudine de superioritate fata de client.
